pioneering techniques when he literally rewrote methodology.
It was obvious to him that the existing methodologies misse
and created a new sales d the practical applications needed
from other disciplines such as communications, project
management and consulting to succeed.

Rich once again is pioneering new techniques to solve
today's Change Management programs that only produce
a 30% success rate. He decided to create a new
methodology to fill the gap these programs did not
address. He has introduced the "Accelerated Results
Meeting Management System" to get results back into
meetings.
Rich lives in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife of 28
years and has two grandsons, a daughter and two sons.
